| 3 | Providing and fixing6mm thick solid Polycarbonatesheet as skirting upto a height of 150mm all along the bottom edge of the existing working platform at chemistry lab and fixing with polymer coated, G.I. plain bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete, including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. The Polycarbonatesheet shall beof approved colour and manufacture (as per relevant IS code), with light transmission upto 89% having appropriate UV protection film in resistances against yellowing and loss of lighjt transmission, with lower thermal conductivity K value (w/m2 k) and all relevant Physical & mechanical properties as per the standard codes, allcomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Supplying, laying and fixing in position 2.0mm thick acid resistant PVC sheet flooring with anti-slippery layer treated with RQ protective process, a layer of glass fiber for dimensional stability, cushion layer for foot and anti-jerk movement and round skirting of approved shade and make to be laid on the existing vitrified flooringusing rubber based adhesive of approved quality and brand, thePVC sheet shall consists weight of 3400g/m2, heavy duty wear resistance, slip resistance =R9, flexibility = 20mm mandrel,includinglevelling by POP application to cover up the andulation of the existing vitrified tiles before laying the PVC flooring,the cost includes all thematerials, labour, wastage, tools,transport, taxes etc. all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per the direction of E.I.C. |
| 6 | Providing and applying painting in two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour after thouroughly brushing the surface, filling the cracks with necessary chemical adhesive, approved putty to give uniform shade, preparing the surface free from all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales, including preparing the surface with sand paper, cost of materials, labour complete as per specification and direction of E-I-C. |
