| 9 | Supplying good quality\"Maruthu’ wood wrought and put up at site and making new grids to suit the existing grid of SAP Cooling Tower (Aprox. overall size 1.30x1.25 m, consists of 2 Nos, 1.25 m long member of size 70x30 mm and 8 Nos,1.30 m long horizontal members of size 60x15 mm)includingcost of 0.0146 m3 of maruth wood, transportationcharges, labour for making grids, fixing charges for 32 Nos SS nails (2 nos each in joints), conveying to work spot after necessary painting (Painting charges will be paid by seperate items) , placing in positionat all heights after dismantling and removing the existing damaged wooden grids from all heights ,scaffolding chargesetc. complete in all respects as per departmental instructions (SS nails will be supplied by FACT by seperate item) |
| 10 | Applying one coat of Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer of approved brand & qualityafter thoroughly cleaningthe surface of new/old grids/planks, runners/joists to remove anyforeign materials including cost of primer, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc.complete as per departmental instructions at site. |
| 11 | Applying one coat of epoxy high build finish paint to grids using\"Epilux - 4 high build \"of Berger Paints or equivalentapprovedbrand over the primer already done including cost of paint, cost of brush , labour charges and all other incidental charges etc.complete as per deptl. instructions. |
| 12 | Collecting spoil earth, debris etc. from site, conveying to places with an average lead of 1 KM by mechanical transport, dumping and forming embankment for filling, spreading in layers as per directions (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries & from stack). |
