Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) (Aluminium sliding windows) and set aside or removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or framesexceeding 1.5 Sqm each but not exceeding 4 sqm with shutters(Without taking off shutters from the frames) (Aluminium sliding windows) and set aside or removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made UPVC white colour fixed sliding window made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3 mm (+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (60mm x 58mm) ,T profile (one vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x74mm), Glazed bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners. including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware,EPDM gasket. 1.2 +-0.2mm thick.galvanized steel frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in repair profile. Frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass and aluminium alloy wire cloth area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The quoted unit rate shall include 5mm thick plain sheet glass and aluminium alloy wire meshand all other connected accessories)

S & F Powder coated Aluminium anodised grill of make \"Deco grill\" and DG - 104 model with apperture of size 105 x99 mm, suitable \"\"F\"\" or \"\"E\"\" section fixed to window/ventilator frame for securing Deco grilland interlock and secruing the frame to masonry wall with brass screwscomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite(of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishingover andincluding 15 mm thick screed bed (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
