| 1 | Material and Labour for drilling vertically from average ground level for 150 mm dia pilot bore hole in any type of strata by mud flash rotary rig 200 mm dia including cost of bentonite powder, drilling shall be done by mud flash rotating equipment of size not less than 200 mm dia and bore shall be unsealed at least for 72 hours to the entire depth of bore holes, for following depth of bore holes including sub soil complete all as specified and as directed:- |

| 3 | Depth of bore holes from 15 m to 50 m depth. |
| 4 | Depth of bore holes exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 100 m |
| 5 | Depth of bore holes exceeding 100 m but not exceeding 250 m Notes:-(a) The pilot bore wells shall be drilled on tentative location as approved by AGE (I). (b) If the yeild is insufficient as considered by AGE (I) then pilot bore shall be drilled at new place as directed by AGE (I). Payment shall however be made only for drilling as per actual.(c) Rig, tools and plants etc required for completion of work and their cartage are to be borne by the contractor. |
| 6 | (d) Collection of soil strata at every 10 m depth or change in strata met with during the bore shall be plotted against the depth on a tracing paper in the form of strata chart and blue print in sextuplicate shall be submitted to Department for record.(e) Actual depth of final bore shall be decided based on the result of electro logging and TDS report.(f) Soil/strata testing report shall be done through Geo hydrology department for water aquifier details of the location if required and submited. |
| 7 | Material and Labour for electro logging test of the pilot bore hole by using logger equipment including all necessary arrangements for chemical analysis, bacteriological test of sample of yield obtained from pilot bore to ascertain potability of water complete all as specified and as directed.Note: the contractor shall submit Electrologging result with recommended bore assembly details in duplicate for approval of AGE (I). |
| 8 | Material and Labour for reaming of bore hole vertically from average ground level for 150 mm dia pilot bore hole in any type of strata by reaming tools of suitable dia from 200 mm dia to 300 mm dia including cost of materials and necessary T&P required at site to the entire depth of bore holes, for following depth of bore holes including sub soil complete all as specified and as directed:- |

| 12 | Development and testing for yeild including all necessary arrangements for testing and developing, including lowering and removing of 40/50 mm dia drop line and 15/20 mm dia air line for development of each water bearing zone come across upto the full depth of deep bore well of size 150 mm dia for complete period of development of bore air compressor 600 CFM/150 PSI running 4 to 6 Hrs or till sand free discharge obtained etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Supplying, lowering, jointing, connecting and fixing following sizes of ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) casing pipes in to bore hole having nominal bore of 150 mm, heavy duty 7.1 mm thick with plain ends confirming to IS4270 (2001), cutting, welding, jointing etc complete including providing suitable size of bore plug, clamp, Nut bolts, bottom lowering plate, borewell cover made up of MS sheet 3 mm thick, split type and both side locking arrangement and making \"50 mm\" hole for insertion of column pipe in centre of the bore well including welding works and cover shall be suitable for 150 mm dia bore well etc.,complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 18 | Material and Labour for sanitary sealing of tube well with PCC (1:2:4) typeB1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate upto a depth of 0.6 mtr below ground level and 0.30 mtr above ground level (Square type of ext dimensions 300 mm x 300 mm) around tube well casing, plat from of ext dimensions 1000 x 1000 x 150 mm at ground level with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation using 40 mm stone aggregate including necessary form work and supply and placing of 50 mm bore light grade, GI pipe, at two places each 1.0 m in length for pouring of pea gravel (in future) and capping with screwed cap at top side end etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
