Dismantaling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but of backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing glass mosaic tiles on finished plain floor/wall surfaces of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design, fixing in customised design/ pattern as per directions of the Engr-in-Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the floor/ wall surfaces with the help of approved adhesive applied @ 2.5 Kg/Sqm and grouting of the same complete all as specified and directed.Make: Johnson/ Kajaria/ Somany

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unservicable materials in low laying area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates)as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25mm thick any shape of any tint, heavy duty, set jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry @2.5 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
