Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Deduct for GST correction factor 0.973 on Sum on Sr.No.01 to 08 (i.e 288484.51 x 0.973 =280695.43), (288484.51 -280695.43 = 7789.08)

Deduct Cost Index @ 2.80% (-) on DSR 2023 on Sum of Sr.No. 01 to 08 after GST correction factor (i.e 288484.51 x 0.973 =280695.43) after that (280695.43 x 2.80% = 7859.46)
