New Geared Machine (27BT) with New Microprocessor based AC Variable VoltageVariable Frequency ( ACVVVF) Controller.3. New Governor, Governor Rope & Tension Pulley.4. New DO 2000 Type (card) Door Operator along with & linkages.5. Main Rope along with fasteners.6. Roller Guide shoes for car & Counterweight to suit Existing Car Frame.7. Fireman Switch at Lobby Floor.8. New Retiring cam for opening landing doors.9. Complete new standard elevator related wiring including travelling cable, GI troughs shallbe provided throughout the Hoist-way and in machine Room.10. Provide 1no.s COP With car position Indicator in SS Mirror Gold Finish11. Provide Pan type Hall Buttons for Each Landing In SS Mirror Gold Finish12. Hall lantern With Hall Position Indicator For each Landing in SS Mirror Gold Finish.13. Provide CCTV cable provision by providing extra pair of travelling cable new type firemanswitch will be provided.14. Hoist way limit Switches, PRS System, Car Gate switch, Safety operated switch (SOS)shall be provided.Additional Features Added• CAR CHIME, MULTIMEDIA DISPLAY IN CAR, VOICE ANNOUNCING SYSTMNote: - (Any other item necessary for completion of work but not included in the above list shall be considered included.)The following item shall be retained during the proposed modernization: -1.
