| 3 | Taking down cement plaster (from any height) on brick or concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, and removal of all debris from site, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth, including curing, complete all as specified. |
| 5 | M&L for preparation of new/existing plastered surfaces by cleaning and removing dust, grease, loose/flaking paint and other foreign matter by scraping/wire brushing and/or high-pressure water jet as required; removal of algal/fungal growth and treatment with approved fungicidal solution; making good cracks by filling cracks up to 5 mm width with Dr. Fixit Crack-X or equivalent and cracks exceeding 5 mm / separation gaps with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP modified mortar or equivalent, complete; and applying waterproof protective coating in two coats using Dr. Fixit Raincoat Neo or equivalent on surface in SSD condition, first coat applied by brush/roller after dilution (1 litre coating + 100 ml clean water) and allowed to dry 4–6 hours, followed by second coat undiluted as waterproof top coat in approved shade, applied by brush/roller at coverage 3.7 to 4.1 sqm/litre to achieve DFT 100–110 microns, with drying time 4–6 hours between coats; additional coat on horizontal/exposed surfaces such as window tops, ledges, parapets etc., wherever required, and allowing full air curing for 7 days, including necessary scaffolding/safety arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:Exterior emulsion / waterproof coating paint shall be applied by mechanical sprayer through an approved applicator, using approved shade, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 7 | Material and labour for removal and rooting out of trees, plants, creepers, grass, etc., from floors, walls or other surfaces, including use of all necessary scaffolding, ladders and tools, and making good disturbed or damaged brickwork, block work or RCC surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), including filling of narrow interstices with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, complete, all as specified and directed. |
