| 5 | Cleaning the loose particles,dust, oily/greasy materials,bitumen dippings,sealants etc. on the road surface/floor at different levels withbroom / wire brush & water washing, air compressor etc.with all charges as per departmental instructions. |
| 6 | Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area. |
| 7 | Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire of suitable gauge etc.complete.( Only Reinforcement Rods will be issued free of cost by the company ) |
| 8 | RCC work 1:1 1/2:3 nominal mix using first class 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, handling and fixing in position, etc. complete but excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement for foundation footing, bottom and sides of trench, raft, plinth beams and pedestal over foundation footing of all shapes pile caps and mass concrete |
| 9 | Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-20 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer in - charge. NOTE- (1) Minimum Cement content shall be @ 300 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately. \"(2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 in the items of BMC and RMC. |

| 14 | Fresh lining / repairing the lining using Acid Resistant/ Fire Proof / Insulation/Carbon bricks/ Castables to the required thickness with suitable mortar upto a height of 5M from the ground levelfor floors, walls, shells of inside tanks, vessels, furnaces , ducts,Converters ,driers etc. of all shapes and sizes including transporting of all the required materials from Udyogamandal General Stores/Civil Maintenance Office stores/Plant Stock Yards to the work site, preparation of the required mortar/castables as directed, carrying out the necessary scaffolding(both inside and outside the equipments), providing and removing necessary form work in the case of castables, arch/straight supports in the case of bricks etc. (lining materials will be issued free of cost). |
