Repair to pot holes and depth n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth and making good by applying paving tack coat with bituminous primer paving/bitumen (VG-10) viscosity garde @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.80 Kg of binder with 0.06 Cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholeexc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)with 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with broomny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat/ priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10, over surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thckness with 5.5 % binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for termoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 02 mm thick single coat as in centerline or edge line road marking of 100/150 mm width using HOT MARK termoplastic paint (HOT application) white by indigenous modem propelled road marking machine as directed incl all ingredient such as binder glass beads Titanium -dioxide calcium carbonate linter fillers themoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be per table No 800-4 specifiation incl spraying of glass beads instruction , complete all as specified and directed.
