| 1 | Supply and installation of outdoor type HT 11 KV, 1250A, 25K, 3 phase, 50 cycles rated totally enclosed RMG (ring main gang) complying to TNEB requirements, consisting of two incomcers (LBS) and one outgoing (VCB) ring main gang out door panel including provision of metering with suitable CTs/PTs control wiring and approval from CEIG of TNEB (Chief Electrical Inspector General) including all applicable charges as per TNEB norms complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(a)Quoted rate is deemed to be included of supply and errection, testing and commissioning of RMG as per TNEB norms under supervision of CEIG and necessary payments/expenditures and other charges as applicable are also included in the quoted rate and no extra payments will be allowed in this regard.(b)Trivector meter will be provided by the MRT of TNEB and necessary testing charges if any, deemed to be included in the quoted rate. |
| 2 | M&L for disconnection of all electrical connections from existing HT 11 KV VCB at OTD substation, shifting the same to specified location at technical area CVRDE, re-connect all electrical connections after errection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed (LCF substation-01 No STF substation - 01 No, T-54 substation-01 No, MRS technical area - 01 No), complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Supply only cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade of size 3 Core 240 Sqmmcomplete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Laying of one number PVC insulated PVC sheathed XLPE power cable 11 KV grade of size 3 Core x 240 Sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead 25mm x 5mm thick GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plateconnected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Notes :-(a)Main earth lead beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for separately.(b)The quoted unit rate shall also deemed included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering 20mm GI Pipe (Medium grade)2.7 m long, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh, test point, charcoal dust/breeze etc. |
