To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule (SSR-2009 Part-I for specifications and SSR-2020 Part-II for rates including errata/amendments as applicable).Notes:- (i) Tenderer shall insert rates (percentage) at the bottom in \"F\" column of this BOQ excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option \"Excess\" (+) or less (-) available at the bottom in \"E\" column of this BoQ excel sheet to quote the percentage above or below SSR.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference purpose only. Being term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.(iv) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in BOQ sheet and contractor is bound to execute such works/services at the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done/work done.
