| 3 | S&F Galvanised, (hot dip) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured). |
| 4 | Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and Materials & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/L and UC resistance as per IS 15489:2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dust resistance, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof 1st quality exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90L/10 Sqm and scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 10 | M&L for Brokenglass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.(ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum. |
