| 7 | M&L for biological and potability testing of water sample carried out from NABL approved lab water testing to be done for organoleptic & physical parameter for general parameters concerning substance undesireable in excessive amount for parameters concerning toxic substance for pesticide residual limit and biological test of water sample as per IS-10500 (2012) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Dismantling and step opening of burnt out electric motor of capacity 20 HP to 40 HP and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire of existing gauge number of turns, insulating and heat varnishing, greasing complete including replacement of bushes, bearing check nut, and other required parts and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to external surface of motor and testing complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Repair/maint of unserviceable submersible pumping set 20 to 40 HP of capacity from bore well and dismantling and strip opening of 3 phase 415 volt, AC submersible pump at site in presence of Engineer-in-charge for checking complete carrying pump set to workshop for repair of pump set, dismantling and step opening to complete of under mentioned capacity and segregate all serviceable parts and kept at site for reuse of unserviceable parts/spares such as CI/ GM impeller, necking bowl bushes, sand cap, Cl intermediate bowl, s/s pump shaft etc. complete servicing, cleaning, greasing, reassembling including testing at site on full load complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Supply and fix MS coloum pipe heavy duty with flanged welding of size 80 mm dia having length 10 feet (3 mtr) long including taking out old unserviceable MS coloum pipe from bore well complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Supply and fix in repair for submersible cable flat copper conductor 16 sq mm, 3 core, 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for LT Panel made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on angle iron frame of size 65x65x6mm and 450mm high (Indoor type) weather/dust proof, factory made.
