M&L for Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with selg taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheeting 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 300mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick table vibrated set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey pigment cement and pigments as in floor over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick CM (1:6) as in floor including roughening of existing PCC surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and no pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & mirror polishing over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening of existing PCC surface complete all as specified & directed.

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.(ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
