(The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster) |

(ii) Rates are deems to be including charges of hiring T & P, i.e. ledder square folding and insurance of labour deployed, being holes are made to be at multistorage bldgs of different height. |
