| 11 | (I) SCADA Room, command centre, other components complete:Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of complete Instrumentation, PLC & SCADA with automation system (full-fledged SCADA) including sensors, analysers, networking, integration and dashboards complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge on turnkey basis as per specification mentioned in the relevant schedule/guideline and relevant design criteria:(a) Design, drawing and Construction and commissioning of SCADA Control Room with necessary amenities for wash-room, W/C etc. with RCC framework (footing, columns and beams) with RCC Roof, two coats of paint and floor tiles. The SCADA room should have electrification, with allied furniture, lighting, fixtures and air conditioning units, toilet complete and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.(b) Design, delivery at site, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Control Centre with the following components as per relevant codes and makes as approved by Engineer-In-Charge and specifications as per relevant clause mentioned in bid document.Control Centre should have the following:(i) Providing and fixing of operator work station at control Room with minimum configuration of I7 processor, 1TB Hard disk,256GB RAM, 21-inch monitor PC with all accessories and power connections PC loaded with SCADA software, Windows 2019 or higher server software standard edition 64 bit with Additional 5 user license for Windows 2019 or higher for schedule (user licences depends on No. of users)(ii) Supply of 2 numbers of 55\" display unit Resolution: 4K, Operation: 16/7, Make-Samsung/LG/Sony connected with above mentioned integrated work station with provision of integrated 4 no 32 inch display monitor of the work station cpu\"s. The integrated work station shall be motorised with up & down movement and horizontal adjustment PC vial internal LAN Network for monitoring and functioning as central Monitoring unit for operator(iii) LAN networking for the above items. All necessary hardware including, switches (both managed & unmanaged) along with bidirectional gateway modem and network server along with providing Static IP.(iv) Testing & Commissioning of Central processing and storage equipment. |
| 12 | (II)SCADA SoftwareDesign, Providing and delivery of Enterprise level SCADA software with redundant server and 1 ES+ OS and 1 no OS and 2 no web server with all necessary network switches and cabling and gateway modem and static IP and necessary firewall & shall have GIS Module, inbuilt NRW module loss module, dashboard module, configurable KPI based module and alarms and event scheduler and shall have AI enabled simulation and network module. The SCADA software shall have enterprise grade capability and shall be integrated with the existing SCADA and billing software to provide an integrated wholistic view of the entire water network. The SCADA shall have GIS Module, inbuilt NRW loss module, dashboard module, configurable KPI based module and alarms and event scheduler and shall have AI enabled simulation and network module.The SCADA shall have redundant server and two no’s webserver facility along with 1 no. of engineering and operating station and 1 no operating station. All the cost for static IP & sim card monthly cost shall be borne by the bidder itself. |

| 14 | (IV)Electromagnetic flowmeter (battery operated)Providing, installation, testing commissioning of Electromagnetic flow meter Battery operated with counter flanges and other ancillary units including necessary cables, conduits of approved make and various sizes for for Sewage Pumping stations and STP complete, including excavation complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Battery operated flowmeter shall be configured or shall have diagnostic capability from central control room via fleet management software integrated with the supplied SCADA software over GSM/GPRS mode.) Necessary numbers and sizes of flowmeters shall be as per the approved design and drawing. |
| 15 | (V)Flow Control Valvesa. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of flow control valve with throttling facility and other ancillary units including cables, conduits required of approved make, excavation works and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Necessary numbers and sizes of Flow Control Valves shall be as per the approved design and drawing.b. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of flow control valve with throttling facility and other ancillary units including cables, conduits required of approved make, excavation works and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. | 18 | VIII)RTU a) Providing, installation, testing, commissioning of RTU/PLC panel (mains operated) of approved make including earthing system and other wirings, cables, conduits, panel box with padlock complete and any other necessary ancillary units complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Earthing for all PLC/RTU panel is in the scope of the bidder itself and it is mandatory to earth both PLC/RTU panel and instruments. Necessary numbers and sizes of RTU/PLC panels shall be as per the approved design and drawing.b) Providing, installation, testing, commissioning of RTU/PLC (battery operated) of approved make with necessary units for battery/ solar power including pole erections, earthing system and other wirings, panel box with padlock complete and any other necessary ancillary units including cables, conduits complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
