| 1 | Removing & Repair of external loose plaster: Tap the surface with a hammer to identify and address any loose cement. plaster or concrete damage on the exterior of the buildings, such as parapets, chajjas, pardis, etc., and any cracks resulting from expansion and contraction. Mark and remove loose plaster using mechanical devices or manual methods at any height, ensuring thorough cleaning of the surface. M & L apply a 15 mm thick, sand-faced two-coat plaster (10 & 5 MM) in the ratio of 1:4, mixed with Dr. Fixit or equalavant make as mentioned below Pidiproof LW+, an integral waterproofing compound, at a rate of 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement. This should be applied over the bond coat prepared with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP and cement in a 1:1 ratio by weight of the cement. Finish the application with curing and other necessary procedures to complete the process.Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator/ Asion Paints applicator / Shalimar applicator/ Berger applicator |

| 3 | M & L Filling all cracks up to 3 mm in width should be opened up 5mm making the V groove and fill with Dr. Fixit Crack X Paste. Apply the primer coat prepared with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste and water in 1:1 proportion over the crack surface. Fill cracks with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Pasteor equivalent make as mentioned below when the surface is tacky and not dried completely with a spatula or putty knifes and level with the surface. For Large cracks more than 5mm and separation gaps use polymer-modified mortar (PMM) mixed with Dr. Fixit Dr. Fixit or equalivant make as mentioned below Pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement after making the V groove or by Dr. Fixit or equalivant make as mentioned below Polymer Modified Mortar HB. including necessay arrangements of scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. | 4 | M & L Sealing exterior windows:Blade to scratch away any sealant that is still sticks poorly on the exterior window periphery joints. Providing and applying Feviseal Multipurpose Siliconized Acrylic Sealant including fixing the masking tape on both sides of joint leaving exact gap for filling. Immediately after filling the joint, the sealant tooled either with pallet knife or similar tool of required size.Note :- Work will be executed trough Dr Fixit applicator |
| 5 | M & L Exterior Waterproof Coating:Providing and applying two coats ofDr. Fixit or equalivant make as mentioned below Raincoat Neo without water dilution. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours to achieve a DFT of up to 100 microns. Allow the coating to fully cure for 7 days. The material has the following technical properties: a hairline crack bridging up to 0.50mm; elongation of >100% as per ASTMD 412; tensile strength of 1.50 MPa per ASTM D 412; pull-off adhesion of 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541. The system comes with a 5-year waterproofing and 5-year paint performance warranty from applicator.
