To perform Term Contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) together with amendments Nos 1 to 3 and SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates) together with amendments Nos 1 to 122 including Section 30-Runway and Pavement and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance of tender.Note :- (i) The Contractor may fill the %age intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above / below the SSR.(ii) If Schedule rates are offered At Par with MES Schedule ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box.(iii) The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-below shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.(iv) Main Items and fixtures, base materials shall be from the same manufacturer.(v) List of three top makes specified for various items executed under the subject TC is listed under the Appx \"A\" attached to the tender document, these THREE TOP MAKES shall be given preference before incorporating makes listed in the general list of makes in Appendix \"A1\" for all applicable items.(vi) The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder, nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder.
