Fabrication of four types of custom Integrated Circuits of 60 each. Supply of 125 un-packaged die along with verification and acceptance reports as per the detailed specifications given in Annexure-I.

Assembly and supply of the 115 fabricated die of Item 1 in different packages along with quality reports and certificates as per the detailed specifications given in Annexure-I.
