Digital Mapping of the location and area of DDA vacant land by conducting total station survey with reference to GPS (providing longitude and latitude) at some specific location on different areas and giving demarcation of roads, paths, lanes, parks, parking areas, houses, nallahs, drains, HT lines, trees, water bodies etc. as desired by the Engineer-in-charge along with superimposition of the same on shajra plan and layout plan including providing levels with respect to nearest GTS permanent bench marks including cutting of grass, bushes etc., wherever required for total station instruments and GPS instruments, along with supplying relevant information, data i.e. 5 hard copies of prints on desired scale and calculation sheet of area surveyed and soft copy as per the requirement of survey manual as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - DDA vacant land and Gram Sabha land approximately 7.50 lacs sqm to be taken over by Engg. DDA from L.M wing in anticipation.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC pipe of 110 mm dia, 900 mm high embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 350X350X400 mm including excavation for the same and filling of the hollow pipe with excavated earth (Excluding rocks) up to the height of 600 mm in layers of 20 cm consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m and filling the top 300 mm portion with CC [1:3:6] complete as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.
