Prime Coat:Details of cost for 100 sqm.Providing and applying Prime coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10,including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications .On WBM,WMM,CTB. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broomOn W.B.M/W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm

Sami layer: Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane (SAMI) over a cracked road surface, with crack width 6 to 9 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with clause 521, sprayed at the rate of 11 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.12 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902.

Bituminous Concrete:ProvidingandlayingBituminousconcreteusingcrushedstoneaggregatesofspecified grading,premixedwithbituminousbinderandfiller,transportingthehotmixtoworksite by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-40 @ 6 % (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
