Taking out and cleaning the existingPVC fills fromcooling towerand placingin position inside the cooling towerincluding re-arranging the wooden joists for accomodating the PVC fillsif required at all heightsincludingall labourcharges, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per departmental instructions.

Removal of damaged/ reparable wooden grids from cooling tower and stacking the same at site for reconditioning.

Reconditioning and forming new grids with dismantled materials/ new maruthu wood including fixing charges of necessary SS nails and placing in position in cooling tower at all heights including cost of all labour, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per departmental instructions (SS nails & new wood (if reqd.) will be supplied by FACT).

Supplying good qualityMaruthu’ wood wrought and put up forjoists, planks & gridsof specified size to suit at site as per departmental instructions.

Labour charges for conveying from site store and fixing in positionthe Maruthu wood wrought and put up joists, planks,runners etc including labour charges for fixing nails if required and providing gooves & cutting at edges etc. as per site conditions, after removing the damaged members,at all heights as per departmental instructions

Removing carefully and stacking for reuse the wooden joists/ planks for supporting the wooden/ PVC grids and refixing the same inside the cooling tower at all heights as perdepartmental instructions

Supply of 38 mm x12 gstainless steel wire nails to civil store
