| 1 | Inspection, cleaning and repair of IAT, ADT, FAT & Startup Scrubber Towers in SO2 Acid Plant during ATA 2026. |
| 2 | Opening and closing back the manhole dummies of IAT, ADT, FAT, GST & Startup Scrubber Towers in SO2 Acid Plant. Temporary closing and opening shall be done if required before the final boxing up. Unit rate quoted shall be the total cost for both opening and closing back. |
| 3 | IAT, ADT, FAT & Startup Scrubber Towers leaky pipes flange gasket renewal as well as pipeline repair/welding works. |
| 4 | Replacing the defective / leaky acid distribution header pipes, branch pipes, bend pipes etc. of IAT, ADT, FAT & Startup Scrubber Towers in SO2 Acid Plant. |
| 5 | Taking out the choked / damaged spray nozzles of IAT, ADT & FAT in SO2 Acid plant, wash well to clear the chocking / replace the damaged spray nozzles with new one taken from stores. |
| 6 | Opening the top manhole and taking out the demister pad of ADT/FAT/Startup scrubber and re-fixing / renewing after washing and repairing.The contractor shall do any repair/renewal on the mounting frame. |
| 7 | Opening the top manhole and taking out the candle filter of IAT and re-fixing / renewing after washing and repairing.The contractor shall do any repair on the mounting frame. |
| 8 | IAT, ADT & FAT Cast Iron Channelrepair/patch work. |
| 9 | IAT, ADT, FAT & Startup Scrubber Towers inside/outside shell covering as well as Tower gas inlet/outlet & all nozzles area patch works. Thickness of plate- 6/8 mm, Material of plate- MS/CS/SS |
| 10 | Discharging, washing and recharging of packings from IAT, ADT & FAT in SO2 Acid Plant including sludge removal from IAT, ADT & FAT and pump tanks. Sludge should be neutralised with lime. After discharging packings from tower,distribution troughs,acid pipe surface,tower inside to be cleaned thoroughly. Clearing choked distribution pipes and locate severely choked distribution pipes,if any, for doing renewal works.ADT- 11.77 M3, FAT- 4.51 M3, IAT - 4.51M3 |
| 11 | Dismantling, shifting to ground level for chocking clearing, cleaning and fixing back of Pressure drop lines, duct drain lines etc. of IAT, ADT, FAT, FHE, IHE & Startup Scrubber Towers with new gaskets during ATA 2026.(Rate shall be quoted per INM)Line size : 25NB to 100NB |
