| 1 | The Job will consist as following –-Dismantalling and assembling of existing pipe line ,Stainless steel Valve and Flanges. Fabrication of manual By pass pipe line asembly with atleast 08mm Thick seamlesss pipe 50mm NB(Ultrasonic testing of welding , dye pentration testing of welding. Testing after fabrication/ machining/ manufacturing to be done at 1.5 times the Penstock pressure . Pressure should be held on fabricated Assembly for 30 minutes without any drop of pressure on Test Rig will be in firm scope. Manufacturing and fitting of both end flanges of stainless steel grade high quality.( UT Tested ).High Pressure valve (Minimum 90 kg/cm2) of Stainless steel class 800on the assembly . Replacement of all fasteners of stainless steel with new one should have high Tensile Strength .Note :- The scope of this work includes the provision of labour, tools, plants, material and performance of work necessary for the design, manufacture, quality assurance, quality control, shop assembly, shop testing, delivery at site, site storage and preservation, installation, commissioning, performance testing, acceptance testing, , as per specification hereunder complete with all accessories and warranting trouble free safe operation of the installation.The entire assembly has to be inspected for any damaged components and the shaft of the air blower assembly has to be replaced with new one & aligned with the plummer block. The Axial and Vertical runout of the shaft have to be inspected while alignment and any error during inspection, have to be set right as per requisite parameters.And also making the non return of air arrangment in the blower.Dismentling the damagd sleeve of bearing, plummer block and bearing assembly of air blower unit and providing and fixing of new sleeve with nut and lock washer, manufactured as per sample/drawing material SS410 grade. The bearing to be replaced has to be off 1317K specification.Dismenling the blower shaft and fabrication, machining, fixing and allignement of new shaft.After final assembly and allignement of shaft, The unit should run smmoothly in presence of Engineer Incharge.Note :- All other extra consumable material required for the job if any, same will be in the scope of the contractor without any extra cost. Transportation / Carriage of all parts shall be in scope of contractor/firm.All labour required for refilling, handling, shifting, stacking, and proper arrangement of cylinders within the Power House premises shall be entirely in the scope of the contractor. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. The Contractor shall provide all the required equipment, services, accessories & material required for the completion of the job as per site requirement whether explicitly mentioned in these specifications or not to fulfil the intent of the specification and to ensure the completeness, operation and maintainability of the system at no extra cost to the Employer. Contractor will be responsible for any fatal/non-fatal accident during the work.Completion of job in all respect as per directions of Engineer In-Charge.
