Supply of the following items as per the specification under Scope of SupplyFIRE MONITOR WITH 3\" GATE VALVE, TIP : 2.5\" AND BASE : 3\" ASA FLANGE1) Double wheel operated, Rugged corrosion resistant2) Brass construction.3) Full 360 degree rotation & vertical movement controlled by hand wheel driven worm gears.4) Stream shaper tube & straight tip. Tip : 2 1/2\" & Base : 3\" ASA flange5) 3\" Gate Valve for each Fire Monitor to be of CI ASTM A 126 with Bronze ASTM B.6) Items should be Conforming to the MODU 19897) Pressure test & Manufacturing certificate to be submitted along with Material.8) Drawing & Dimension Details should be providing with quotation.9) Vendor shall have supplied Fire monitor and Gate valve to offshore structures or platform or RIG in the past 7 years. Vendor to furnish documents (Past Purchase order copy) supporting the same along with offer.10) Manufacturer must be audited and approved by the American Petroleum Institute (API) Certifying Agency. TPIA will inspect the documents/certificates at TQ stage and shall do the factory/manufacturing inspection during manufacturing and after manufacturing (FAT).11) Material and system to be MMD/IACS approved.12) Vendor shall be DGS Approved.13) Any dimensions required verify on site.14) Supply within 07 Weeks
