Supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete Cathodic Protection (CP)Transformer Rectifier Unit (TRU) 3 phase 415V- 3wirewith DC voltage output 24 V and current output 100A with Manual/Auto modes system suitable for operating an ICCP system for repair dock gate structure with up to 6 anodes and 2 reference electrodes. The panel shall have the provision for connecting the remote monitoring facility in future, and built-in safety and control devices. the panel enclosure shall be of MS plate with minimum 2.5mm thickness and IP-55.

Supply of MMO Titanium tubular anode of 20A with perforated PVC pipe . The anode should have approx. 11mtr of single core 16 Sqmm stranded copper conductor HMWPE/KYNAR tail cable.

Supply of Zinc reference electrode withappox. 11 mtr of single core 10 Sq.mm stranded copper conductor double sheathed tail cable.

Dismantling the existing GI pipes, supports and cables of gate cathodic protection from repair dock gate.

Dismantling of existing junction box near gate including disconnecting the existing cables and removal of existing cables

Supply and installation of Anode Junction Box for 6 nos of anode weather proof (IP 66) corrsion ressistant enclosure made of FRP along with support frame and FRP canopy.

Supply and installation of Cathode Junction Box cum test station weather proof (IP 66) corrsion ressistant enclosure made of FRP along with support frame and FRP canopy

Supply and laying of 2\" (50 NB) dia GI pipe for laying the cable from Junction box to 6 anodes & 2 reference electrodes (separately) with all necessary supports. The pipes and pipe supports shall be painted with one coat of Zincromite primer and two coats of coal tar paint. Supply and welding of suitable size Uclamps, C channels is under the scope of contractor. Note : The pipes should be welded after providing 100 mm clearance for taking cables to each anodes.

Supply and laying of single core 16 sq. mm stranded copper conductor XLPE insulated/ PVC sheathed cable from junction box to each insulators connected to anodes and reference electrode. The item should also include the termination of each cables.

Supply and laying of positive and negative header cable single core 25 sq.mm stranded copper conductor XLPE insulated/ PVC sheathed cable from junction box to TRU and from structure to the CJB. The item should also include the termination of each cables.

Supply, laying and termination of 3C x 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor cable XLPE/PVC cable from Control insulstors near the gate to Junction box for reference and monitoring connections and from JB to the TRU

Fabricating and painting pipe supports and fixing anodes and reference electrodes to the support using 12 mm nylon rope, replacing angle iron seat of insulator at dock gate, supply and fixing new insulator and providing connection from anode/reference electrode to insulator block.
