1	Schedule- A - Indoor Stadium with Landscape at Sports Complex VOC Port
2	CIVIL WORK:Clearing scrub Jungle and Surface dressing of the Floor. The rate including hire charges of all machineries, removing of all rubbish from site, lead upto 50m, transportat charges and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.
3	Earth work excavation and desposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., As per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting Inclusive of 17,23 shoring shuttering, baling out water where ever necessary 24 and including refilling consolidation etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

6	Providing and constructing cast-in-situ hydraulic bored piles of specified diameter in accordance with the Structural Engineer’s drawings and directions, but excluding reinforcement and concrete, including cost of mobilization of all necessary plants and equipment such as piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and removal of the same, boring in overburden through all strata up to the required foundation level of piles using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other approved method, complete as approved by the Departmental Engineer. The item includes dewatering, disposal of bored material outside the site, careful chipping and cutting off excess pile portion as required without damage to the piles, dressing the pile top, and removing all debris from the site, including cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, labour, lead and lift, etc., complete as directed.Conducting Standard Penetration Test (SPT) to identify the refusal strata for at least one pile per group and for at least 25% of the total piles, comparing the same with refusal strata identified in the soil investigation report, and providing socketing into refusal strata by 1.00 m or into hard rock by 100% of pile diameter. 205	Providing and construction ofDry Lean Concrete Base course of 150 mm compacted thickness over a prepared sub base with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 as per table 600-1 of MORTH specification produced in a batching plant and conveyed in tippers to the layingsite with a moisture content as per the design mix and laid with mechanisedpaver finisherand compacted with a 8-10 tonne vibratory roller to the requisite grade and levels as specified in drawings with adequate curing by covering the surface with hessen cloth and keeping it wet for 7 days. The design mix shall be such that the average compressive strength of each consequetive group of 5 concrete cubes shall not be less than 7Mpa at 7 days.
