| 4 | Commissioning the ETP including including Supply and dosing of biological culture, Cow Dung, Urea, and DAP for seeding, development of MLSS/Biofilm in MBBR tanks and chemical cleaning/flushing of UF and RO membranes prior to startup. |
| 5 | Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of PLC-based control panel with SCADA software and Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) for all statuatory parameters including server integration with TNPCB/CPCB Water Quality Watch Center (WQWC), data connectivity, calibration and renewal of licences if any. |
| 6 | Consultancy charges for obtaining \"Consent to Operate\" (CTO) / Consolidated Consent and Authorization (CCA) from TNPCB. Scope includes preparation of application, uploading documents, coordination for inspection, and obtaining the final order. (Govt. statutory fee to be reimbursed on actuals). |
