| 6 | Supplying, Fixing, Commissioning and testing of configuration of cloud Hosted multi user web based software with following modules :-(i) Head End System (HES): to acquire meter data automatically from DCUs and monitor parameters acquired from meters.(ii) Meter Data Management ModuleThe meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the data concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. | 7 | (a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy (as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency(b) Monthly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand.(iii) Billing Module:- The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. It would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required.(iv) Occupation and Vacation Module :- The system would support occupation / vacation based on the unit catagories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events.(v) Website:- There would be a dedicated website for AGE/GE and BSO team to view all the data and information alongwith customer portal for use of customer.The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES Staff would also have the access to the key information on mobile App (Androiand/iOS based) for admin use complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | (vi) Customer Module : -The system would include a customer portal for the resident/occupants to login and view their own energy /billing data and recharge facility. There shall be consumer App (Android and iOS based) also to log in and view their own energy/billing data and recharge facility.(vii) Communication Module :- The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods.(viii) Meter Master Data :- The system would support meter data repository. | 9 | The system should periodically monitor the energy consumption of prepaid consumers and decrease the available credit based on the consumption.The system should allow online/digital recharging through consumer App (Androidand iOSbased) and Web portal. The configuration and necessary arrangement for payment gateway and E-MRO facility shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | 10 | Low credit alarm : The system will give an alarm over the consumer App and SMS to the registered mobile number in case the credit in the meter goes down be low apredefined limit. | 11 | Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of DCUs/Gateways and the arrangement of Sim cards or Internet to enable reliable medium for two-way communication between Smart Meter & HES. The data acquisition (Push/Pull) frequency shall be configurable. It shall push events such as tamper, power off etc. to HES immediately on occurrence/receipt from meters. It shall have provision for the cellular, WiFi and Ethernet communication for the backhaul to HES. It shall be capable to handle data of minimum 1000 Nos. of any type of smart meter (1ph/3ph). |
