| 45 | Supply install testing and commissioning Auto Mains Failure Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 100 KVA 3 -phasepower factor above 0.95, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Barrackpore and should satisfy latest CPCB IV+ norms.and conforming to condition under IS 4722, 10001/10002, 13364, BS 5514/2613/5000 with following:-(i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI design.(ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations from Generator to the AMF Panel all as specified and directed(max distance 2 mtr).(iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil/fuel and final successful acceptance test.(iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.(A). Alternator :-Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC,3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class \"H\" and voltage regulation of+ 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000, IS: 13364 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and efficiency at 100 % load at 0.8 PF should be min 90 % shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. |
