| 1 | Design, Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 16 meter in two section, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 360 mm, Highmastmade from H.T. steel of grade BSEN10025, S355 designed to withstand wind speed 50m/s as per IS : 875 (Part 3) suitable for 8 to 12 lantern (LED Flood lights) It should also include accessories for high mast light including head frame symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having 2/3 point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 gauge mm (Grade AISI 316) and double drum winch with luminaries mounting arm suitable for 12 luminaries , pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike,trailing cable -1 per mast (5 core 2.5 sqmm), motor, anchor plate & template foundation nut, bolts, etc.providing power cable from high mast to panel, crane for installation of high mast, unloading of materials including RCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Note:- (i)Design, supply and casting of suitable RCC foundationwith M-25 concrete for the High Mast considering safe soil bearing capacity as 8-10 Tonne/Sq mtr at 2 meter depth. & foundation bolt manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. required for installation high galvanized mast light shall be provided as per manufacturer\"s recommendation and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.(ii) The cost of lantern carriage assembly and all other standard accessories mentioned above shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for this item.(iii) The quoted rate is deemed to beinclusive of above provisions as listed above including earth work, foundation, necessary 3 core 2.5sqmm copper cable for luminaries connection from junction box and from feeder pillar box to winch motor, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike etc. complete and no extra payment will be made for completion of the job.(iv) Flood light shall be measured and paid separately under respective item catered here-in-after.Make: Surya/ Crompton/ Skylad/ Bajaj or equivalent in as approved. |

| 10 | Supply, Installation and Fixing High mast Panel shall be OEM made out of Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM madeLT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels builder shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. Submit The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. |
