(e) Locking arrangements shall be make-Godrej or equivalent approved make with duplicate keys.(f) Handles shall be of non - ferrous metal alloy with chrome plated and lock shall be make-Godrej or equivalent approved make. (g) Finish: All MS/CRCA members shall be Pre -treated with epoxy polyester powder coating (Black) 702 microns by 7 tank process and Oven Dried internally & externally with the following specification :-(i)Dry film thickness more than 45 microns.(ii)Salt spray test to with stand more than 1000 hours.(iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards.(iv) Pencil scratch hardnessmore than 2H.(h) Rest all as per drg or as specified. |

| 6 | Bed Hard MAP :-(a)The overall size shall be of 2050x900 on plan with foot rest height of 500 & head rest of height 800mm. (b)The framework shall be made of CRCA box sections as under :- (i)Long brails - 25x65mm box section of 16 gauge. (ii) Short rails - 25x65mm box section of 16 gauge. (iii) Frame work for foot board & head board- 18x18mm box section of 16 gauge. (iv) Stiffeners- 4 nos each of 25x25mm box section of 16 gauge irrespective ofwhat shown in fig. (c) The bed top shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood conforming to IS-303.(d) The main framework for foot board & head board along with legs shall be made out of CRCA box section of 38x38mm with 16 G thick. (e)The foot board & head board shall be covered with 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board of BWR Grade conforming to IS-12823. (f) Rest all as per drg. |
| 7 | Book Case :-(a)Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 300mmwide and 760mm high.(b)All wood shall be first class hard wood.(c) Legs shall be 45mmx45mm up to 40mm from top of the legs and 25mmx25mm in section at bottom legs. The legs shall be 100mm high fixed together with with 25mmx40mm in section teak wood rails in short and long sides. (d)The top body of book case shall be fixed over the frame from the bottom of rail with screw. (e)Thebody of book case shall project on longer side up to150mm from the centre of side rails and project upto 50mm fromcentre of long rails in short direction.(f)Top,Bottom, sides and vertical partition shall be 18/19mm thick MDF board.(g)Rest all as per drgand as sprcified. |
| 8 | Bin Soiled Linen MP :-(a)The overall size of unit shall be of 1200x450x750mm.(b)The body, shelves and drawers shall be made of 18mm thick MDF board and back shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood conforming to IS-303. (c)75mm high skirting at bottom of the unit shall be made of 19mm thick teakwood , connected by 25x25mm teak wood stiffeners.(d)The shutters shall be provided with 6mm thick teak beading.(e)The handle shall be 100mm long and made of brass. (f) The wood work shall be French polished.(g)Rest all as per drg. |
| 9 | Chair Dining Cushioned :-(a)Timber shall be first class teakwood free from knots and cracks shall be used with moisture content permissible as per IS-28:1973.(b)The removable seat shall be made out of 75mm thick urethane foam with 40 density pasted with adhesive on 12mm thick BWR Grade plywood (as per IS-303)covered with superior quality tapestry cloth of approved coloured and shade.(c)PVC rings to be screwed to all four legs.(d)All wooden portions shall be smoothened to apply best quality of French polish till attaining glossy finish.(e)All wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used.(f) Rest all as per drg or as specified. |
| 10 | Chair Computer :-(a)The seat and back shall be made up of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with acrylic fabric of approved shade and moulded polyurethane foam together with seat and back covers. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat size shall be of 510x470x60mm. (b)The polyurethane foam shall be of machine moulded with density= 45= 2kg/m3 and hardness= 20= 2 kg on Hampden machine at 25% compression. (c)SEAT/BACK COVERS: The seat and back covers shall be vacuum formed from 3 mm thick black ABS sheets. (d)ARMRESTS (FIXED): The one-piece armrests shall be made of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert with 50-70 shore ‘A’ hardness. The armrests shall be fitted to the seats with powder-coated armrests brackets made of 5mm thick HR steel (e)The adjustable tilting mechanism shall be designed with the following features :-(i)360 revolving type mechanism to allow fluid lateral movement. (ii)Forward tilt, Self-regulating tilt tension+ Manual override. (iii) 4 position tilt locking with anti-shock back mechanism which prevents the back rest from impacting the userwhen the lock is released. (iv) Provision for fitting Drop-lift mechanism. (f)The backrest shall consist of a Drop-lift mechanism which can be adjusted in the range of 70mm and can be locked in 7 positions for better lumbar support. (g)The pneumatic height adjustment shall have maintenance free & has an adjustment stroke of 100mm(h)The TELESCOPIC BELOW ASSEMBLY:The below shall be of 3 piece telescopic type and injection moulded in black polypropylene (j)The pedestal shall be of injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The pedestal is 600mm pitch centre dia (700 mm with castors) A 10.5 mm dia forged bright zinc plated caster pin is of press-fitted into each prong for holding the castors. (j)The twin wheel casters shall be of injection moulded in black Nylon of trouble free movement (k)Rest all as per drg and general engineering practice |
| 11 | Sofa Set 5 Seater (3+2) :-(a)All timber work shall be of kiln seasoned first class teak wood without knots/ defects.(b)The exposed surfaces shall be french polished till obtaining glossy look.(c)Cushion shall be 100mm thick, 40 density, duly covered with superior quality tapestry cloth (costing not less than Rs 350 per RM) of approved shade/ clours.(d)Rest all as per drg or as specification. |

(d)The shelved shall have 3mm dia MS rod 9 Nos is width wise and 3 nos in Lengthwise welded to 20mm dia shelf frame. Pre-treated with epoxy powder coated over baked with ivory white colour/warm grey. | 13 | Chair Easy :-(a)As shown on drg.All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak(MP). (b)Front legs shown be 70mmx25mm in section 520mm high. (c)Rear legs shall be of 750mmx25mm in section slanting 185mm horizontally in the height of 490mm. (d)Front and rear nails shall be provided below the seats joining front legs and rear legs. Front legs shall be 510mm apart and rear legs shall be 480mm apart. (e)The top of front legs shall have wooden arms rest of 65mmx25mm in section and 610mm long made to shape as shown on drawing. (f) The legs shall be joined by side rails of 70mm x25mm in section teak wood. The bottom frame of seat shall be of 55mmx20mm in section over which 3mmthick plywood commercial shall be fixed 75mm thick foam cushion of 32 density with upholstered with leatherised Rexene of approved shade and texture as directed by Engineer-in-Chief. (g) The side frame of back rest shall be of 70mmx25mm in section joined with seat and rear legs as shown on drawing and fixed back support of 55mmx20mm in section fixed horizontally. (h)Rest all as per drg or as specification. |

| 15 | Table Peg :-(a) The top shall be made of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board confirming to Grade-I & Type-II (PLMDF-12 Designation) as per IS-14587:1998 (Reaffirmed 2003)(b) The pre laminated MDF board shall confirm to the specific requirements given for “ ECO-MARK” under relevant clauses of the standard.(c)All the timber parts shall be of the first class teak wood free from cracks, knots and any defects. | 16 | Table Writing :-(a)The top & cabinet below drawer shall be made of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board confirming to Grade-I & Type-II (PLMDF-12 Designation) as per IS-14587:1998 (reaffirmed 2003)(b) The side & back of drawers shall be of 13mm thick plan MDF board, confirming to Grade-I (SBG-i) in terms of IS-12406-2003 irrespective to what shown on drg.(c) The plain/ Pre laminated MDF board shall confirm to the specific requirements given for “ECO- MARK” under relevant clauses of the standard.(d) All the timber parts shall be the first class teak wood free from cracks, knots and any defects. The surfaces shall be French polished till obtaining glossy finish.(e) Powder coated MS angular plates each of 150x30x5mm thick shall be screwed to the legs at right angles with long rails & short rails for extra strength.(f) The drawer shall be fitted on 1.6mm thick powder coated telescopic channels with proper wooden packing if required.(g)Rest all as per drg & as specified. |
