Removing of old unserviceable newar from existing Charpoy GI Pipe, Reassembing/tightening of Charpoy frame to bring the frame in original position after removing the unserviceable long rail/ Short rail/ elbow/ Check nut/ leg wherever found unserviceable and fixing new parts all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: New parts wherever required and ordered shall be paid separately under respective items of schedule \"A\" here in after as supply only if ordered to be replaced.

Material and labour for cutting and converting the old unserviceable long rail as retrieved vide Srl No 4 here -in-before into two short rails and fixed to charpoy GI Pipe duly threaded 22mm long at both ends including removal of old and broken threaded short rails complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting and converting the old unserviceable short rail as retrieved vide Srl No 5 here -in-before into two legs andfixed to charpoy GI Pipe duly threaded 22mm long at both ends including removal of old and broken unserviceable legs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Supply and fixing new MS flat iron stiffner of size 900mmx40mmx5mm, 02 in numbers in each charpoy of approved make duly grinded at all the sharp edges and duly fixed with round headed steel nut and bolts with washer of suitable size across the long rail at equal spacing. MS flat iron strip shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing new MS flat iron round plate one size 40mm dia, 3mm thick at the botton of leg by welding as per the sample approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 12mm thick plywood top of size 1980mm x 900mm commercial, BWR grade, fixed with 10 Nos mild steel nuts and bolts 6mm dia with washers, after drilling to charpoy GI pipe complete, all as specified and as directed.Make of plywood: Greenply/ Century/ Archid ply/ Kitply Duro. Note : The Ply shall be fixed with 10 Nos in total of round headed steel nuts and bolts with washer of superior quality and of suitable size in one charpoy GI Pipe. Make of plywood to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.
