(m) All the terminal connection of control and relay wiring to be checked and tighten.(n) Examine the rollers carefully includes greasing them properly.(o) Checking of earthing connection and tighteningnuts& boltswith ensuring the earthing system working properly. (p) Buchloz relays where ever mounted on the transformers shall also be checked and made serviceable.(q) All safety system & calibration of OTI,WTI shall also checked & repaired. |

Applying putty/M-Seal Monoplastwhere ever necessary.Refixing the top cover and all fitments, refixing cable termination of the HV& LV ends, testing and Cost of all type of gasket, \"O\" rings, putty/M-Seal Monoplast, lugs, nuts, bolts, double washers etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (x) Painting of transformer with or without OLTC including HV/LV side marshallingbox with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using spray painting methodincluding cleaning of existing surface of all dirtand greasy materials alongwith marking of SM/MES Nos with sticker letters n. exc 2 cm height at appropriate places complete after isolating the transformer from the electric supply and to be earthed all as specified and as directed. (y) Cost of transportation of transformer upto workshop & back and disconnection, dismentalling, installalation after repair including electic /earth connection is deemed to be included under quoted rate.(z) Winding of coil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (aa) Diagnosing of defect/fault and submission of test report before and after is included in the quoted rates. |
