Supply, installation and testing of retrofitting of emission control device (RECD) on existing 200 KVA DG set with complete fittings and attachments as per CPCB norms. The exhaust of DG set post fitment the exhaust limits are as follows :- (a) Nox+HC <4.0 (b)CO < 3.5(c) PM <0.2(d) Smoke limit (light absorption co-efficient, m1)< 0.7Job to be carried out as per the satisfaction of engineeer in charge. Make of RECD to be procured from one of the five central pollution board (CPCB) recognised labs.

Note for item No 1 & 2: The quotated rates includes the following:-(i)Design, supply and installation of the MS pipe ducting from the DG exhaust to the inlet of RECD machine, in the line with the dimensions provided in the technical specifications.(ii) Water connection piping near the water cleaning mechanism for periodic refilling of the water tank.(iii)Construction and provision of a leveled flat surface near the DG sets for proper placement of the RECD system.(iv) Electrical socket installation with 2.5 sqmm near RECD system to ensure reliable power connectivity.(v)All other necessary civiel/electrical work for smooth functioning of RECD system.
