Contractor to insert here-in-below their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR- 2020 (Part-II) Rates. If net schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the bidder here-in- below shall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.NOTES:- (i)Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the Net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix ‘A’ to Notice of Tender.(ii) The supplementary rates given in tender shall be treat as ‘At Par’ of MES SSR- 2020 (Part-II) Rates and quoted percentage shall also be applicable on supplementary rates.(iii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage) will not increased from the estimated cost of work in NIT.
