Toexecute the work as per condition 4 (A) of IAFW-2249 and as specified in MES SSR-2009 Part-I (Specifications) with errata/ amendments 1 to 3 and rates contained in the MES SSR-2020 Part-II (Rates) with errata/amendments 1 to 122 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer the work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed by Engr-in-Charge during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.Note:- (a) The estimated/Quoted amount shall not be givencongnigence for acceptance.The quoted percentage shallbe consider for acceptance in terms of contract condition. However, the estimated amount are mentioned as per NIT. (b)Contractor to quote percentage only in the space provided here-in-after. On / Off the SSR. Works shall be orderedas and when necessary arises. Work shall be measured against items listed in SSR, priced at rates given in SSR, and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.
