| 1 | Servicing/ Inspection of water cooler of any cap/type/make installed at different units at DGQA area Avadi on site including disconnecting electric and water connection of water cooler finding of defect including dismantling of compressor, relay, capacitor, thermostat, motor, PVC hose pipe, condensing coil including fixing new spares complete as required all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note (i) The new spare parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items. (ii) All T&P charges for carrying the water cooler from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates.(iii)Repair/Replacement of minor items whose cost are less than 100/- Rupees is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iv) Rectifying, detecting the Gas leakage, Flexing, Pressuring,,vacumising, filling for charging of refrigerant gas shall be included in the quoted rate no extra cost paid to the contractor for the same.
