1	M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT electric supply complaints on up to 1100 Volts grade, over head/ underground system along with necessary T&P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:-
2	Replacement of worn out jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor.Note:- Single phase/ two wire or 3 phase/ 4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.
3	Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cables from under ground loop line and re-joining the same to restore electric supply. Note :- (i) LT Jointing Kits, Cable protection Pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separately.(ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the pole coping and inserting the cable along with protection pipes.
4	Notes for Item Nos 1.01 to 1.02 :-(a) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/ her for completion of day to day complaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint.(b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/ MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed.(c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify auth rep/ Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint.In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.(d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints.
5	Notes for Item Nos 1.01 to 1.02 (contd...) :-(e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad.(f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare utilized as per inventory format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabad and the same shall be submitted to E/M No II store on daily basis.
6	M&L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade, including disconnecting/ taking out old existing Unsv insulators complete all as specified and directed.
7	M&L for Shackle type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts of size 100 mm height, 115 mm dia for 1100 Volt grade, section of straps 31x5 mm, including disconnecting/ taking out old existing Unsv insulators complete all as specified and directed.
8	S&F in replacement Stay assembly comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanised MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, galvanised steel stay rod 16mm dia 180 cm long bow 400 x 14 mm nuts/ bolts, washers, loop type insulator of size 65 x 90 mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16mm, stay plate of size 230 x 230 x 6 mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation and disposal of surplus soil, up to 50m including disconnecting/ taking out old existing Unsv stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

37	Supplying, erecting and fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2\" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed.Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
38	Restreching/ Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on LT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and pruning of tree complete all as specified and directed.Notes:(i) The distance between pole to pole in one span (contains 2/ 4/ 6 runs) i.e.one span will only be considered for payment purpose.(ii) No Extra conductor will be measured for binding to insulators / jumpering etc.
39	Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable and laying pipes etc.complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
40	All as per item No 35.00 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr.
41	Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

44	Supply and Laying bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub class \"B\" of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
45	M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling & foundation of pole & mass complete all as directed

48	Cutting the existing road/ PCC surface straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil up to 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.
49	M&L for replacement of broken earth pit made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 20 mm thick and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers etc.as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
50	M&L repair/ maintenance of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
51	M&L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc.with 1 coats of aluminium paint including thoroughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles.Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.
52	M&L for Painting the existing LT PCC poles with 1 coats of synthetic enamel base paint including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc.with one coat of aluminium paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 black and 2 yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 metres height, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed.
53	M&L in replacement Advance Maintenance Free G.I.SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia (THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvanised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m.The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Crystalline Conductive Material (CCM).The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg Backfill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound.The earthing pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4, B1) cover, of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.Make: ASHLOK / INDELEC/ JMV / TERCEL/ True Power.
54	Trimming/ pruning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from HT/ LT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way / 4 way/ 6 way conductor system.Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.(ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job.
55	Cutting unaxious green growth and grass by manual labour or by machine at all 11 KV Electric Installation premises/ around 2/ 4 Pole structure/ along the boundary fencing and removing rubbish from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.
56	Supply and fixing in replacement of steel light bracket made out of 40 mm bore mild steel GI light grade tubing over all length 1.5 mtr bend to shape as directed including providing two Nos MS flat iron 40x6 mm clamp of appropriate size with nut bolts and washer duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer (GI surface shall not be painted) complete all as specified.
