| 1 | Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan /air circulating fan/wall fan of any size or of any make from any locations (OTM/Md Accn) under GE (AF) Nagpur by disconnection eletric connection, cleaning the fan box area, bringing to AGE E/M Yard and refixing at the desired location after reassembling and removing of burnt out windings (copper/aluminium), servicing/ overhauling by thouroghly cleaning the shaft,rotor,stator and applying lubricant/ grease to bearings and one coat of super enamelled varnish over winding to improve the insulation resistance including repair /replacement of spare parts/ material/items,making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.50 Sqmm upto 0.50 Mtr length including using minor sparte/parts such as screws, insulation tape, nuts, bolts, washers, split pins etc after cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i)PVC copper flexible wire 1.50 Sqmm three core, nut bolts, washers, screws, capacitor clamp, warnishing included in the quoted rate.(ii)Other connected items required like re-winding, painting, capacitors, Bearings, Bush, Canopy,down rods etc will be measured and paid sperately under respective items.(iii)Total service time from taking down to rehanging must not exceed 03 Days .(iv) Cost ofT&P & transportation including taking down and re-fixingare included in the quoted rate |
| 2 | Material and labour for re-winding of ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep which of copper windingwith proper grade/guage super enamelled copper winding wire so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM (RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done by contractor and shown to deptt , tachometer will be provided by contractor at their own expense) and all insulating materials (spares will be used and measure in respective items) and reasembling etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Notes for Sr Noitem No 1 & 2:- (i) The fans should be re-winded as per existingguage copper winding .Schedule of credit shall be deducted as per the burnt out winding.(ii) Winding wire shall be cut in front of Engr-in-Charge before winding of fans.(iii) In case winding or any accessory i.e capacitor, regulator becomes non functional during defect liability period, it will be repaired without any extra payment within 05 days of complaints received. |
