| 1 | Disconnecting HT/LT cable and Earthing connections of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 63 to 800 KVA , 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly,reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set,refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests,welding work,leakage repairing and complete servicing including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.(Note :- New transformer oil, Dehydration of Transformer oil,LT /HT bushings/studs shall be measured and paid separately.). |
