PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017. Notes :- (a) Non circular virgin synthetic fibre shall be deemed to be included in unit rates. (b) Theadmixture as per approved design mix shall be added and mixed. The cost of admixture required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(c ) Construction joints, Dummy joints and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. Deduction shall be made in PQC of quantity for expansion joints. (d) Trimming of vertical edges of construction joint longitudinal and transverse shall be carried out using sawing machine to maintain straight edge before laying of adjacent / subsequent lane. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (e) For the purpose of pricing this item, the cement content shall be considered as 400 kg/cum. However, actual cement content shall be worked out as per design mix and nothing extra shall be paid on this account if cement content required in design mix is more than 400 Kg/Cum. However, if cement content is less than 400 Kg / Cum in design mix, a minus deviation order shall be prepared for supply only cement rate @ Rs 6.70 per Kg of cement (f) Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry, and rate for spray of curing compound as per manufacturer\"s instructions shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (g) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of M&L for formwork for total thickness. (h) At locations like link fillets, small areas etc where the slip form paver cannot be used for laying fixed form paver with minimum 5m width can be used. |
