| 8 | M&L for Providing and fixing false ceiling of designer tile ivory painted (high pressure steam cured) of 4mm thick (as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @120gms/Sqm both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made out of 0.3mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross T of size 15x32mm made out of 0.3mm sheet 1200mm long spaced between main T at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross T of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made out of 0.3mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. main T runners to be suspended from trusses/ceilings using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instructions/literature. GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T section of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with polyster paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width including taking down old false ceiling board of any description alongwith rails and connecting items all complete at any heights complete all as specified and directed. |

| 11 | Material & labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) as in walls, chajjas, fins, facia etc. any height mixed with liquid water proofing compound (for 5mm thick finishing layer only) @200 ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down old existing plaster complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately(ii) Cost of scafolding, any height are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. |

| 14 | Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) onfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in walls,finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints,hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (any colour/tint)over a coat of primerincluding rubbing with emery paper to make the wall surfaces smooth and even complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a deifferentint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
