Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

30mm thick lime surkhi plaster in 1:1:1(1 lime: 1 surkhi :1 coarse sand) in two coats mixed with traditional bindingmaterial i.e. Gud, Belgiri and Babool gum including cleaning the surface and racking out joints and curring etc complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete ofroof portion with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand)and 20mm down gauge brick aggregate including beating with bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintainthe proper slope & topsurface finishing etc complete in all respect.

Araish plaster (as per Jaipur practice) 1:2 ( 1 lime : 2 Zikki) on lime plaster or plane back ground including preparation of lime for 6 months by slaking of lime with curd and changing the water every week. The Kara plaster of not more than 6 mm thick is to be left the maximum of 3 months to appear the shrinkage & temperature cracks. Over the Kara plaster 2mm layer of grinded lime putty is to be done and is to be rubbed Gently by Akik stone. Then adding Khoppra & Ghee and inserting the design of colour boarder all round.

Repainting in engraving of fixed stone board with labour & material etc complete

Providing one or more coat Melamine polishing on old wooden door of painting room including scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc complete.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3mm thick

Providing and fixing in position of MSgate at main entrance of Pundrikji ki Haveli with MS channel 100mmx50mm, MS hollow pipe of 50x50x5mm andMS sheetincluding cutting, hoisting and fixing in position etc complete . (Gate Size 4.30 x 1.85 mtr)

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on M.S. gate including a coat of primer with scraping of sand paper etc complete.
