Cleaning the structural/ other surface neatly at all heights with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc. as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat with best approved quality red oxide metal primer of approved quality at all heights including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges for scaffolding, cleaning the siteetc. as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat / each succeeding coat of approved quality and colour synthetic enamel paint at all heights over the painting already done to new/old/wood/iron work including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges for scaffolding, cleaning the siteetc. as per departmental instructions.
