Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering and cold / hot insulation work of different thickness fromvessels, equipments, pipelines etc.and disposing the Aluminium Sheetsat scrap yard / MCD and transporting the dismantledinsulation materials to low lying areas pointed outin the companyup to 3KMas perinstructions.

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipmentsand pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -25 to 75mm thick .

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipmentsand pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -76 to 150mm thick.

Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws etc. complete as per instructions.(Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company free of cost)

Supplying of 20 SWG soft galvanised iron wire of best quality

Supplying of self tapping screw of No. 8 x19mm, Cadmium plated or galvanised of best quality.
