Opening and closing back the manhole dummies of FAT and Oleum Tower in DCDA Acid Plant.Temporary closing and opening shall be done if required before the final boxing up. Unit rate quoted shall be the total cost for both opening and closing back.

FAT and Oleum Tower leaky pipes flanged gasket renewal as well as pipeline repair/welding works.

Replacing/repairing the defective / leaky acid distribution header pipes, branch pipes, bend pipes etc of FAT and Oleum Tower in DCDA Acid Plant.

Taking out the damaged spray nozzles of FAT and Oleum Tower in DCDA acid plant, wash well to clear the chocking, replace the damaged spray nozzles, and fix back or replace the nozzles with new one taken from stores.

Opening the top manhole and taking out the candle filter of FAT and re-fixing / renewing after washing and repairing. The contractor shall do any repair on the mounting frame.

FAT and Oleum Tower Channel repair/patch works in DCDA Acid Plant.

Discharging, washing and recharging of packings from FAT and Oleum Tower in DCDA Acid Plant including sludge removal from FAT and Oleum Tower and pump tanks. Sludge should be neutralised with lime. After discharging packings from tower,distribution troughs,acid pipe surface,tower inside to be cleaned thoroughly. Clearing choked distribution pipes and locate severely choked distribution pipes,if any, for doing renewal works.FAT- 25.33 M3, OAT-17 M3

Dismantling, shifting to ground level for chocking clearing, cleaning and fixing back of Pressure drop lines, duct drain lines etc. of FAT & Oleum tower with new gaskets during ATA 2026.(Rate shall be quoted per INM)Line size : 25 NB to 100NB
