Term Contract for civil works toexecute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol.2during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of start of contract at the rate contained in the aforesaid CPWD DSR 2023 with upto datecorrection slips andwith multiplying factor of 0.973 in the rates of items mentioned in the CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 unless otherwise excluded as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.Note: (i) The quantities as inserted under column 03 is for guidance only to complete the BOQ. The actual quantities will be ordered as and when required during execution of works as per site requirement and will be priced at the rates as contained in CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 plus the percentage as quoted above.(ii) The Estimated rate as inserted under column 05 and 06 is the approximate total amount of whole contract price i.e. upto and including percentage as quoted above at CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol.1 , Vol.2. Actual amount of work will be ordered as and when required during execution as per site requirement priced at CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 with upto date correction slips andwith multiplying factor of 0.973 in the rates of items mentioned in the CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 unless otherwise excluded as per directions of Engineer-in Charge plus contractor percentage as quoted.
