Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double TwistedHexagonalShapedWiremeshGabionBoxesasperIS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7 mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying needle punched themally bonded non woven poly propelene based geotextile of grab strength not less than 700N, tear strength not less than 250 N, punchute strength not less than 250 N, burst strength not less than 1300 N, permitivity not less than 0.2 poer second and apparent opening size not more than 0.25 mm. The geo textile shall not be less than 200GSM (The supplier shjould provide certificate stating the name of the mauifacturer, product name, roll number, chemical composition of filament or yarn or other pertinent information regarding propeerty value of ivdividual roll to fully describe the geotextile. Certificate shall also state that furnished geotextile. Certificate shall also state that furnished geotextile meets MARV requirement of specification as evaluated under manufactures, quality control programme and invonformence of as per ASTMD 4759).
